  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to track your shipment.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. Zaifon Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and products for prompt assistance.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, Zaifon Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
